About POSly
What is POSly?
POSly provides specialized POS software for different types of businesses. Instead of one generic system, each business type — grocery, pharmacy, dairy, and more — gets a POS built around how it works.
Is POSly one POS system?
No. POSly is a family of separate POS products. Each one is designed for a specific industry and runs at its own address, for example grocery.posly.pk or pharmacy.posly.pk.
Can I try POSly for free?
Yes. Every live POS product comes with a free 7-day trial. Register on your POS and start using it with your own products right away.
How much does POSly cost?
Each POS starts from Rs. 1,999 per month, or Rs. 16,799 per year (about 30% less than paying monthly). Every plan starts with a free 7-day trial.
Do I need to install software?
No installation is needed. Each POSly product runs in your web browser at its own address, such as grocery.posly.pk. If your internet goes down, the POS keeps working offline and backs up your data to the server when the connection returns.
Does POSly work when the internet is down?
Yes. POSly has offline support. When your internet cuts off, the POS keeps working smoothly so you can continue billing. Your data is saved on your device and automatically backed up to the server as soon as you are back online.
Can I switch to another POS?
Each POS is a separate product with its own account. If you picked the wrong one or your business changes, contact our support team and we will help you get started on the right POS.
Which POS is right for my business?
Select your business type on the POS Solutions page or use the business selector on the homepage. We will show you the POS designed for your type of business.
What happens after my 7-day trial?
After your trial, keep using your POS from Rs. 1,999 per month or Rs. 16,799 per year. If you decide not to subscribe, you simply stop using it — there is nothing to cancel.
Grocery POS
Does Grocery POS work without internet?
Yes. If your internet goes down, you can keep billing as normal. Your sales are saved on your device and automatically backed up to the server as soon as the connection comes back.
Can I use a barcode scanner with Grocery POS?
Yes. Grocery POS is designed for barcode billing. Connect a standard USB barcode scanner and scan items straight into the bill.
Can I add products without barcodes?
Yes. Loose items such as rice, sugar, or vegetables can be added and billed by name or code.
Does it track stock automatically?
Yes. Stock goes down when you sell and goes up when you record a purchase.
Pharmacy POS
Does Pharmacy POS work without internet?
Yes. If your internet goes down, you can keep billing as normal. Your sales are saved on your device and automatically backed up to the server as soon as the connection comes back.
Can I track medicine expiry dates?
Yes. Record the batch and expiry date when you add stock, and Pharmacy POS shows you which items are close to expiry.
Can I search medicines quickly at the counter?
Yes. Search by medicine name while billing to add it to the bill quickly.
Is this suitable for a small medical store?
Yes. Pharmacy POS works for single-counter medical stores as well as larger pharmacies.
